Used Barnes in the fall for a bat abatement service after finding a bat in our home nowhere near an easy entrance. They were thorough with the inspection, and the follow up services they offered were well explained and zero sales pressure. We got a bat education as well and learned they couldn’t complete the last step of the job until spring when bat roosting protections allowed for it. This is the first company I’ve ever worked with that always shows up exactly when and how they say they will, even months apart- with no follow up from me.

I had originally given Barnes Wildlife a negative review. I spent quite a lot of money doing exclusion work to get rid of bats and mice. They got rid of the bats, but the mice were back shortly thereafter. However, after talking over the issue with them they came back and did some more exclusion work in good faith, without additional cost, under my warranty for the work they had already done. So I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up.

NO MORE FLYING SQUIRRELS 🙂 In 2025, my home had issues with a couple of flying squirrel colonies in the attic and walls. Barnes Wildlife came out, checked out the issues and sealed the areas of critter traffic. One year later, there have been no issues in the last year with flying squirrels, mice, or other woodland creatures AT ALL. Just had my one year inspection and all is good. Pricing is what I would expect for the service & appreciate the friendly and respectful service of the Barnes Wildlife crew.

Friendly, fast, thorough service! Our noses alerted us to an unalive animal in our attic. Wade was out pronto and found the poor squirrel and removed him. Thank you thank you!

The technician, Wes, was prompt on arriving for the appointment, talked us through the process, determined a game plan, and executed the plan successfully. We had squirrels enter our soffit area. Four squirrels were trapped and removed. Excellent service!

Travis was a great representative of Barnes Wildlife. He was personable, knowledgeable and went over all the options. He explained the process from beginning to end and was in constant contact to make sure I knew what to expect. He and his crew did great work and even came back out to finish the job an extra day at no cost! I highly recommend Barnes Wildlife and ask for Travis! You will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about how great this company has been towards me. Initially, I went with another company and basically was ghosted and 300 dollars down the drain for him to put a trap on my roof that is still there currently and haven’t heard from him in days. I called Barnes Wildlife because I was discouraged and at my wits end because the raccoon was in my attic and it was making my children, my cat and I anxious and we wasn’t really getting any sleep. Omar came out and did a thorough inspection around my house and my attic, was very kind and informative and told me the best options. He took pictures, showed me the critter that had been camping out in my attic and set a trap specifically where he was going in and out. Not even 12 hours later, there is a raccoon in the trap. I called Omar to let him know and was clearly freaking out and he reassured me that everything was ok and that they would have someone to pick it up in the morning. I get a email from Melissa that I was first on the list so that made it even better. The following morning, Chris comes out and grabs the raccoon and goes over the best options for me. I slept like a baby once Chris left and I really cannot thank you all enough.

Wade has been extremely helpful in not only finding the problems we had, but offering solutions to fix damage caused by flying squirrels who took up residence in our attic. We had our annual inspection recently, and he did an extremely thorough check and assured me that everything is still looking good after the work that they performed to seal up the entry points last year. Everyone from Barnes Wildlife Control who has come to my house to work on it has been extremely professional, polite, and thorough. We had extensive work done in the attic and had the insulation removed, sanitized, and new insulation put in, and after they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Everything was cleaned up nicely. We will continue using Barnes Wildlife Control and recommend them to others often.

Barnes Wildlife Control did a great job in installing a deck exclusion to prevent animals from living under the deck. They kept every appointment, were punctual and did excellent work. Five stars for this professional company.

Zech was amazing! He went above and beyond to get a yellow jacket nest out of a tough spot when most others would have just sprayed a ton of pesticides.

I had a great experience with Barnes Wildlife. When I explained the problems I was having with squirrels, raccoons, and bats, they listened to my concerns and offered cost-effective solutions. I never felt they were pushy or trying to oversell me. They were honest and transparent with their pricing, they were responsive and acted quickly when needed, and they put in as much time as needed to be sure I was well taken care of. I must say my experience with this company was the very best. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. The two young men that came to my house to remove a dead deer from my yard was the nicest people. Thank you for very much. The nicest experience I’ve had with a business in a long time.

Vic did a great job removing the initial bat that got into my house, and the subsequent process of dealing with the bats he found in the attic while surveying the house. He and his team reapired the entry points, set up one-way flaps to evict the bats, removed all the damaged insulation, sanitized the attic, and replaced the insulation. They were efficient, and Vic did a great job answering my questions and maintaining communication throughout the process. The repairs look good and blend in pretty well with the exterior.

From initial scheduling to final completion, Barnes was amazing! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication and quality work. Wade was a pleasure to work with and his crew was efficient, prompt, and professional. They really went above and beyond to make sure I understood our bat problem and solution. The work site was left tidy when they were done as well. I felt they cared about the quality of their work and their rapport with their customers. I will absolutely use them again if I have any other critter problems.

Barnes Wildlife has saved the day (well, many days...) since I moved into a house in the woods. From removing a ton of dead mice and snakes in my attic, an eviscerated skunk from my driveway and a mouse who was looking for a new winter home for his family, Jake and his team respond promptly, including the weekends. They're on time, on schedule and a delight to work with -- most recently Wade was my rescuer from the weekend mouse visitor. Wade and his partner, Jenks, returned today to prep my house for fall by finding all the cracks and crevices and closing them up. They go above and beyond: Wade ventured into my attic to check it for any raccoon damage. I'm grateful for their attention to detail and quick response. I recommend them highly.

Friendly service with reasonable prices. The staff was very thorough and knowledgeable. Had one hiccup with a kill trap that didn't kill the creature, took a little time for them to come out and get it. But even then as form of apology they did not charge me for that one which was more than reasonable. They do offer no-kill traps which is ultimately what we ended up using. End work was patching 2 different entry points. Fortifying several other weak points. Total cost was $670. They had to make several trips out for trap resets and animal removal. Considering the time and work involved this price was quite a bargain. Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and should I have another wildlife issue I wouldn't hesitate calling these folks again. As this place for us was a form of pest control, I couldn't imagine being happier with someone's service.

Jacob and his crew completed a crawlspace restoration for my mother's home. They made the whole process easy and did an excellent job. I will use Barnes for any future needs that they may be able to assist with!
